About Us
Ethan's background is as a Cyber Network Defense Operations specialist for the United States Air Force, with eight years of experience as a curator of government funds. He has honed his communication and problem-solving skills as a lead trainer for the military, and is now leveraging that expertise to help others through Paramount Leadership Development.
Ethan is particularly dedicated to helping veterans, and is working to start a program that will assist them in finding jobs while also providing the camaraderie they experienced in the military. With his leadership, dedication, and expertise in facilitation and training, Ethan is well-positioned to achieve his goals and help others reach their full potential.
Melissa has been a stay-at-home mom since her oldest son was born and homeschooled her middle and youngest son from middle school to graduation.
Her husband is a self-employed auto mechanic and it wasn’t until he starting thinking about retirement that they realized that they had no where to turn in their finances. It was at that moment she put the financial steps in place helping them secure their financial future, proving that it is never to late to begin financial independence. This also made them realize that there
were many couples and families that were either in or headed toward the same dead end that they found themselves in. At that moment she vowed to help as many families as possible and took to heart the mission statement “No Family Left Behind”. With the support of her husband, her goal is to try and help as many families as possible.
